A une semaine du XXVI^ème Meeting de Monte Carlo voici les dernières nouvelles et rappels :

1) 50 équipes en provenance de 25 pays seront présentes

2) ci-joint :

a.   le dernier bulletin de presse

b.   les diverses retransmissions TV prévues pour le Mare Nostrum 2008.

c.   la liste des engagés au 21 mai

d.   les horaires d’entraînement

3) en cas de problème à l’arrivée à l’aéroport de Nice :

a.   + 377 92.05.40.59 de 6h00 à 23h00

b.   De 23h00 à 6h00 : + 33 (0) 6.64.96.74.70

4) dès votre arrivée, vous devez vous rendre à l’accréditation, au milieu du grand couloir qui conduit à la piscine.

5) Pendant tout votre séjour à Monaco, pour tout renseignement, les séries, résultats, start list, … il y aura une banque d’information, avec votre boîte aux lettres au bord du bassin dès la sortie des vestiaires.

6) la réunion technique est prévue le vendredi 6 juin à 18h30 à proximité de l’accréditation

7) les questions financières sont à régler aux bureaux du meeting, vendredi dans la journée, samedi matin ou dimanche matin.

8) rappels :

a.   il est demandé aux nageurs et entraîneurs de respecter les règles d’hygiène en vigueur, comme les ont toujours respectées les grands champions qui les ont précédés : pas d’accès aux vestiaires et au bassin avec des chaussures utilisées en ville.

b.   le port du badge d’accréditation est obligatoire pour accéder à la piscine

c.   si vous êtes invité à la soirée de gala, nous vous demandons de faire un effort tout particulier sur votre tenue vestimentaire : pas de vêtement ou de chaussures de sport : l’accès sera refusé.

One more week before the beginning of the International Swimming Meeting of Monte Carlo! Here are some last informations and reminders:

• 50 teams from 25 different countries from all around the world will participate

4. Training schedule
• In case of any trouble on your arrival at Nice Airport, please contact:
1. +377 92.05.40.59 from 6h00 to 23h00
2. + 33 (0) 6.64.96.74.70 from 23h00 to 6h00
• On your arrival in Monaco, please come and get your accreditation: in the Louis II Stadium, follow the narrow corridor and go trough to the swimming pool.
• During your stay in Monaco, an information desk will be organized with your mail box, next to the pool and the cloakrooms.
• The technical meeting will be on Friday the 6^th of june at 18h30, next to the accreditation desk.
• Financial discussion will be settled at the Meeting desk, all day on Friday, and the morning on Saturday or Sunday.
• Reminders:
• We ask to the swimmers and coaches to follow and respect hygienic rules: no out shoes used in cloakrooms and next to the pool either.
• You must wear your accreditation badge to get to the pool.
• Please pay attention to your closing if you assist to the gala party: sport wear clothes or shoes will not be accepted…
